The first 24 hours after you call

Water damage spreads by the hour: into drywall, under flooring, into framing. This is what happens once you call us.

  1. Minute one

    A technician answers

We tell you what to shut off and what to move while the crew is on the way.

  2. Usually within the hour

    On site, source stopped

We stop the water, check for electrical risk, and photograph the damage before we touch anything.

  3. Same day

    Water out, drying started

Standing water extracted, wet drywall and flooring removed, air movers and dehumidifiers running.

  4. Until it tests dry

    Readings on every visit

We measure moisture each visit and leave the equipment until the materials are dry, then check for mold.

What we restore

One crew from the first call to the rebuild, for homes, condos and commercial spaces.

Flooded basement cleanup

Burst pipe, failed sump pump, sewer backup or a storm. We pump it out, remove what can’t be saved, dry the structure and check for mold before we close up.

Emergency water extraction

Standing water pumped out of basements, kitchens and condo units, with drying equipment set up on the same visit.

Mold removal

Containment and HEPA air filtration, mold removed from basements, walls and ceilings, and the moisture problem fixed so it doesn’t return.

Fire and smoke damage

Board-up, soot and smoke cleanup, odour removal, and the water damage firefighting leaves behind.

Questions people ask first

How fast can you get here?

Usually within the hour in Scarborough, North York and central Toronto. Outer areas can take longer, and we’ll give you a time when you call.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We document the damage and drying for your claim and can deal with your adjuster directly.

Will I have mold after a flood?

Not if the structure is dried properly. We take moisture readings until the materials test dry and treat anything we find. If mold is already there, we remove it under containment.

Are you open on weekends and holidays?

Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays.

Water still coming in?

Call now. We'll tell you what to shut off while the crew drives over.
